I’ve held a range of roles across IT support, Security, and Client/Customer services (not limited to just these fields and open to other ventures). I’m currently between roles and actively looking for my next opportunity. I even tested entrepreneurship as an Insurance and Financial Advisor - valuable experience that sharpened my business mindset and client focus.

My core values are integrity, reliability, and ownership. I believe teams win when people feel supported and informed. I’m the person who documents the fixes, follows up, and makes sure the issue stays solved. Give me a goal and I’ll deliver—calmly, clearly, and with pride in the result.
