Closing in on 100 CVs out there for the last month and not even an interview.

Getting really tired/frustrated of getting these emails from companies that I applied to and that I am 200% over qualified for and I pass all their tests.

Please (for the sake of my family and my sanity) could someone tell me the following:

1) What skills am I missing?
2) Why I am being rejected from these entry positions?
3) Why do people that CAN make a difference and get me employment keep checking in on my profile and staying silent?
4) Are companies that low that they 'blacklist' you to other companies?

My CV is full of transferable skills, security clearances, people ability and also technological and process oriented wonder.

Could someone see it within themselves to DM me the reasons why I am at a record breaking time of not finding employment? I am very very confused here and I have a family to support.

ANY insight would be appreciated. Do need some help here as I am borrowing to live and my in-laws are looking at me 'sideways' for something to gossip about. Thank you in advance.

P.S. - Yes I did reply to the company in the screen shot as I wanted to know the details as to 'why'. I wont hold my breathe on a reply.
