To help potential Clients, Employers, or Partners - Here are some answers to the most asked Job Related questions over the years:

I am a detail‑oriented team player who combines strong communication with exceptional organizational skills. I reliably juggle multiple projects with a positive, can‑do attitude and gladly takes on extra responsibilities to help the team win.

I combine 20 + years in physical & technological security, 30 + years of client-facing service, and 10 + years in consultative sales (to name a few) - a rare mix that lets me protect assets, delight customers, and drive revenue at the same time.

Holding a Level II Secret clearance and hands-on incident-response corporate and large event experience means I can be trusted with sensitive data, lead risk-mitigation projects, and ensure compliance without slowing the business down.

It is not advised to have any GAPS in your Resume so the "professionals" say you should put something. Words likes 'Freelance' and 'Consulting' generally mean 'will take any work and I am trying to look/stay busy'.

No, I am actively in need of a full time roll and employment.

I own each case from intake to closure, keep stakeholders informed, escalate strategically, and turn trend data into service-quality improvements—resulting in consistently high customer-satisfaction scores. At the end of the day, I give the same approach and service I would want.

Hopefully Leading a team working for an innovative company or organization that is excelling with amazing success.

At Fortinet I regularly performed tier-1 through tier-3 root-cause analysis, replicating customer environments, pulling packet traces, and implementing fixes that restored service and hardened security—often within strict SLAs.

On one occasion a 5000+ user network was down > I triaged to the correct teams to investigate and address with haste. Keep calm and look at the little facts instead of the big picture. Connect the dots as to what, where, when, how and why and you find a solution quickly.

Many occasions with large deployments addressed the issues in a timely fashion to minimize downtime. Over the years there have been many after hours situations where I had worked a double to triple shift to successfully get environments online to the complete satisfaction of the client/customer. Commitment is to the solution and dedication is a trait I take pride in.

I create training programs, whitepapers, and run-books, mentor peers, and update knowledge bases—accelerating issue resolution and raising team proficiency.

While supervising multi-site security teams, I handled alarms and medical emergencies calmly, produced detailed incident reports, and coordinated with law enforcement—minimizing risk and liability for clients. On one occasion we had a break in and one location and a medical emergency at another. Always life matters more so deployed response to that site first and then the local LEOs to the break in.

I mentor new staff on post orders and de-escalation, foster compliance, and schedule resources to match business priorities—results include faster onboarding and stronger service consistency. At the end of the day it is also getting input from your team and making sure they have the knowledge and tools they need to empower them.

My credentials span HLLQP (insurance), CompTIA A+, NSE 4/6 security specialization, and a valid Level II Secret clearance, plus active security-officer, firearms, driver, and first-aid licenses—allowing me to operate confidently across IT, finance, and regulated environments. I am vetted, tried, tested and true.

A technology-inclined people focused mindset and ongoing education mean I’m comfortable pivoting—from deploying high tech systems to mission critical security situation to advising on life-insurance portfolios—while eagerly embracing new challenges and fields.

You gain a full-stack problem-solver: strategic security insight, enterprise-grade IT expertise, empathetic client advocacy, and revenue-centric sales acumen—all in one dependable, quick-learning professional ready to raise performance metrics from day one.

Integrity, empathy, critical thinking, and a dedication to results underpin my ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at every level.

I have a documented history of managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude and consistently meeting team goals. Quality is always needed and a fine balance can be made if thought out. Even in high‑pressure tech‑support or critical security environments.

With 20 + years in physical & technological security, 30 + years in customer service, and 10 + years in sales, this emphasizes that my skills “transfer/translate to many areas” and that I am open to new challenges, projects, and professional experiences.

When you are desperately looking for Work and an Income the scammers come around. Better to be safe then sorry.

Seems the more applications and CVs I put out there; the more my phone number ends up on scammer phone lists. The volume of scammer and spam calls I have received since I have been on my job seeking campaign has increased 100 fold since June 2025.

Please dont waste my time or yours when I am trained to protect myself like I have trained my clients, customers and end users over the years.

Genuine people dont hide their identify if they are from a professional company or organization.

Start with the following:

1) Search google for the phone number or email domain or address.
2) Search 'Who Is' for how long a domain has been registered, by who and where.
3) If on Linkedin or other Social Media, check the account creation date and if ID verified.
4) Common sense - if the offer seems too good then it aint.
5) If the person, phone numbers, communication or details seem too confusing or raise too many questions - Red Flag - walk away and it is better to be safe then sorry.

If the basic instructions confuse you and I hear 'I dont understand' then I am not sure I want to work with or for you.

(Had someone say this in response to a phone call screening earlier today - 'I dont get it' - 3656070352.)

No information, identification or details = blocked/spam report - BUT the good news is you can call back and leave a message to clear the block or you may also email me to reach out. (think of the other skills I have that make me awesome to hire)

Simply - NOPE

I have not expressed an interest in Trading or Anything else you are calling me about. My interest is in finding employment and if somewhere I applied sold my number to you then I will be sure to report/expose them.

No one should be victimized when they are in a weakened state to being preyed on by scammers.
